Altofts Private Day Nursery is a purpose built childcare provision and is designed for children under the age of 5 years. We opened our doors in March 07 and we are loving every minute.

The nursery is a truly child led environment and has an easy going and relaxed atmosphere. There is a baby room for 6 infants and a nursery room for 10 children. the children move rooms when they are able and ready to and because the nursery is small all of the staff and children and their families know each other well, and care at the nursery is consistent, and of a very high quality.

At Altofts nursery 'Every Child Matters' and we support all our families and their children by helping them to Enjoy and Achieve, Stay safe, Make a positive contribution, achieve economic well-being and be Healthy. The nursery fully supports and acknowledges guidance on having 5 portions of fruit and vegetables each day and there is a fresh fruit bowl on display at the childrens level of which our children help themselves to throughout the day. Water is also available all day.
